- Trimmed asparagus - 1 Pound
- Extra virgin olive oil - 2 Teaspoons
- Minced fresh garlic - 1 Teaspoon
- Cherry tomatoes, halved - 1 ½ Cups
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 Tablespoons
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Crumbled goat cheese - 3 Tablespoons
- Black pepper - ½ Teaspoon
How to Make Asparagus with Balsamic Tomatoes
Step 1: First of all, in a deep frying pan, boil the water and cook the asparagus for 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Then drain the excess water and add cold water to asparagus to cool and then drain the water.
