Ingredients of Buttered Chicken Wings with Saffron Recipe
- Fresh squeezed lemon - 2 Tablespoons
- Saffron - 1 Tablespoon
- Butter - 4 Tablespoons
- Whole chicken wings - 12
- Cooking spray
- Pepper - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Lemon wedges - 3
How to Make Buttered Chicken Wings with Saffron
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425 °F.
Step 2: In a steamer basket, cover and steam the chicken for about 10 minutes.
Step 3: In a small pan, melt the butter and pour the saffron; set aside.
Step 4: Prepare a cookie sheet and tine it with a parchment paper.
Step 5: Line the chicken on the sheet and lightly spray with vegetable oil.
Step 6: Bake for 30 minutes until the chicken turns golden brown.
Step 7: Serve the chicken on a large plate and pour the saffron butter on top.
