How to Make Peanut Chikki
Step 1: In a frying pan roast the peanuts on a SLOW flame for 2-3 minutes. Keep aside to cool.
Step 2: When the roasted peanuts are cool remove its skin and broke them into halves.
Step 3: Now, grease the flat plate with one tablespoon ghee.
Step 4: In a frying pan, add jaggery and cook it till it turns into a thick syrup form. Then add roasted peanuts and ghee to it and mix them well.
Step 5: Remove the hot mixture from the pan and spread it on the greased plate and roll out to the surface.
Step 6: Let the mixture cool and then cut into square shapes.
