Ingredients of Mutton Soup Recipe
- Mutton Pieces (meat) - 500 gm
- Finely chopped onions - 3
- Cinnamon stick - 1
- Cream - ½ Cup
- Black pepper powder - ½ Tablespoon
- Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 Cup
- Bay leaves - 2
- Garlic - 3
- Water - 6 Cups
- Salt - 1 Tablespoon
- Ginger - 1
- Tomatoes - 2
How to Make Mutton Soup
Step 1: In a pressure cooker, add mutton (meat), onion, cinnamon, black pepper powder, salt, bay leaves, chopped tomatoes and ginger, water to it and cook it on MEDIUM heat for 5 minutes or till the one whistle.
Step 2: After that remove the pressure cooker from the heat and keep mutton aside for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3: When the meat is boiled, collect the extra water from meat and separate the meat pieces.
Step 4: Now, in another pot boil the meat water for 5 minutes and then add cream to it.
Step 5: Remove the pot from the heat and serve the hot soup in the serving bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves.
