Crispy Lemon Chicken, an impressive, tasty, and made a meal that will delight both the family members and also dinner guests. If you are not familiar with the dish, as the name says it is made from chicken breast.
Whenever I start to make this crispy savory first I prepare a paste to marinate chicken from the spices such as ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, black pepper, and few more ingredients. After the marinade, these chicken breasts are baked in an oven. In 30 minutes, this crispy chicken is ready to serve. I usually prefer to serve this along with pasta, and you can also try this. Ingredients of Lemon Chicken Recipe
- Chicken breast - 3
- Freshly ground pepper - 2 Teaspoons
- Lemon juice - 1/2 Cup
- Oil - 1 Teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Ginger-garlic paste - 2 Teaspoons
- Chopped coriander leaves - 1 Cup
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
How to Make Lemon Chicken
To Make Paste:
Step 1: In a bowl, place ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, freshly ground pepper, coriander, juice of 1 lemon and oil.
To Make Chicken:
Step 1: Make slits in the chicken and then rub the marinating all over the chicken. Put in the fridge and let it marinate for at least an hour or overnight.
Step 2: Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and cover with an aluminum foil. Bake it in the oven for 30 minutes 350°F.
Step 3: Remove the aluminum foil and bake again in another tray 10-15 minutes to make it crisp from the outside. Turn the chicken after 10 minutes so that both sides get crisp.
Step 4: Transfer to a serving plate, while it is still hot, add the juice of 1 lemon on top of the chicken.
Step 5: Savor this luscious chicken along with pasta or vegetables.
