Ingredients of Kacha Kela Na Bhajiya Recipe
- Raw Banana - 3
- Oil for frying - 4 Cups
- For Batter
- Gram flour - 1 Cup
- Rice flour - ¼ Cup
- Red chilli powder - 1 Teaspoon
- A pinch turmeric powder
- Garam masala powder - ¼ Teaspoon
- Aniseeds (Anise seeds) - ½ Teaspoon
- Soda bi-carb - 1 Teaspoon
- Hot oil - 2 Teaspoons
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
How to Make Kacha Kela Na Bhajiya
Step 1: Peel the bananas and slice them lengthwise. Put this slices into the lightly salted water, so that does not get discolored.
Step 2: Heat sufficient oil in a wok.
Step 3: Now, put together the gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, aniseeds, soda bicarb, and salt. Add a little water and mix well to form a medium thick batter.
Step 4: At last add two teaspoons of hot oil and mix well.
Step 5: Now, dab dries the banana slices on towel paper and dip them in the prepared batter and make sure slices thoroughly with the mixture.
Step 6: Deep fry these slices in the heated oil and fry them till golden brown.
Step 7: Drain this fried bhajiyas on a towel paper.
Step 8: Your tasty bhajiyas are ready to serve. Enjoy this with green chutney.
