Pizzelle is a famous Italian cookie made mainly on the occasion of Christmas. It has sweet and flavored with fennel seeds and cloves. However, you like and enjoy them during the holidays.
These Italian cookies are shaped like snowflakes. This simple and easy cookie batter is made with all-purpose flour, eggs, sugar, fennel seeds, and ground cloves. Then this batter is poured onto the hot pizzelle iron and cook it by covering it. These cookies have a crispy texture. If you like more crispy cookies, then bake a few minutes longer. But the original texture of these cookies tastes the batter. This is one of my favorite cookies. These are just too good; you must give it a try.
