Ingredients of Masala Bhindi Recipe
- Ladies' fingers (bhindi) - 250 gm
- Oil - 1 Tablespoon
- Coriander powder - 1 Tablespoon
- Onion - 1
- Chat masala - ½ Tablespoon
- Chili powder - ½ Tablespoon
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Pepper - 1 Teaspoon
How to Make Masala Bhindi
Step 1: Perfectly wash and wipe the bhindi and slit them according to its length.
Step 2: Now, mix all dry masalas, coriander powder, chat masala, chili powder, salt, and pepper and stuff it into the bhindi.
Step 3: Put oil in a microwave-safe shallow dish.
Step 4: Now, place stuffed bhindi and small sliced onion into it. To avoid bhindi to get burn, sprinkle one tablespoon of water on it.
Step 5: Let microwave covered on 100% powder for 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in between.
Step 6: Serve hot with roti or parathas.
