Ingredients of Tea Masala Powder Recipe
- Peppercorns - 1/2 Cup
- Cinnamon stick - 3 Inch
- Cardamom - 1 Cup
- Dry ginger powder - 1/2 Tablespoon
- Cloves - 2 Tablespoons
- Nutmeg powder - 1 Teaspoon
How to Make Tea Masala Powder
Step 1: In a pan, add cloves, cardamom, peppercorns, and cinnamon and dry roast them for 2 minutes on LOW flame.
Step 2: Remove it from the flame and keep aside to cool completely.
Step 3: Once it's complete cooled, add dry ginger powder, nutmeg powder and roasted spices into the mixer jar and blend them to a smooth powder.
Step 4: if needed, sieve it and again grind it to a powder.
Step 5: Store it in an airtight container and use it as required.
