- Cumin seeds - 4 Tablespoons
- Mint powder - 4 Teaspoons
- Asafoetida - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Caraway seeds (Shahi Jeera) - 1 Teaspoon
- Pepper powder - 1 Teaspoon

How to Make Raita Masala Powder
Step 1: Heat the pan on LOW flame and dry roast, cumin seeds, mint powder, asafoetida, caraway seeds, pepper powder, dry mango powder, and black cardamom till they turn golden brown.
