How to Make Lemon Powder
Step 1: To make the lemon powder, choose the semi-raw lemons. Clean the lemons and cut them into slices.
Step 2: Ensure the lemon seeds will not there.
Step 3: Now, in a plat, place a cotton cloth and set the lemon slices on it and put the plate in the sunlight.
Step 4: Continue placing the plate in the sunlight for 3-4 days till the slices were completely dry.
Step 5: Check it regularly, once the lemon slices become crispy its ready to grind.
Step 6: Now, in a mixture grinder. Grind the lemon slices and then add two tablespoons of cornflour and again grind it well.
Step 7: If needed, sieve it and again grind it to a powder.
Step 8: Once ready, store it in an airtight container.
