Ingredients of Dahi Puri Recipe
- Puri (Golgappa Puri) - 15
- Curd - 1 Cup
- Nylon sev - 1 Cup
- Chaat masala - 1 Teaspoon
- Boiled potatoes - 1 Cup
- Boiled peas - 1 Cup
- Mint chutney - 1/2 Cup
- Coriander chutney - 1/2 Cup
- Red chili powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Chopped coriander leaves - 1 Tablespoon
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
How to Make Dahi Puri
Step 1: In a large bowl, mash the boiled potatoes.
Step 2: Now add red chili powder, chat masala, salt, and mix them well.
Step 3: Now, in a ready-made puri, make a small hole on the top and set them in a plate.
Step 4: Then, add potato filling to the puri. Add one teaspoon of curds over it.
Step 5: Then add mint chutney and coriander chutney and then add salt and chat masala to the puri.
Step 6: Add nylon sev and coriander leaves on the top of the puri.
