- Finely chopped onion - 1
- Peeled tomatoes - 825 gm
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Pepper - 1 Teaspoon
- Chilli powder - 1 Tablespoon
- Vinegar - 1 Tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 Tablespoon
- Tomato paste - 375 gm
- Red kidney beans - 425 gm
How to Make Chilli Con Carne
Step 1: Mix mince and onion together in a large bowl and cook for 10-12 minute in MEDIUM HIGH flame, stirring every 2 minutes. Drain excess liquid.
Step 2: Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper, chili powder, vinegar, sugar, tomato paste, and kidney beans.
