Ingredients of Beef Souvlaki Recipe
- Sirloin steaks - 1 lb
- Dry oregano - 2 Teaspoons
- Minced garlic - 2 Teaspoons
- Ground black pepper - ½ Teaspoon

- Lemon juice - ¼ Cup

- Plain yogurt - ⅓ Cup
- Dry dill - ½ Teaspoon

How to Make Beef Souvlaki
Step 1: In a bowl, mix all the spices along with the oil.
