Yummy Vegetable Soup Recipe

Vegetable soup is a low Calorie and combination of all fresh seasonal vegetables. It’s a perfect dish for the cold days. This healthy vegetable soup makes you feel better.

Ingredients

  • 50 gm cabbage
  • 50 gm jackfruit
  • 50 gm cabbage
  • 50 gm green peas
  • 1 capsicum
  • 2 onion
  • 100 gm tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon grated cheese
  • 50 gm finely chopped mix vegetables
  • Salt to taste
  • Water (as per requirements)

How To Cook?

Step 1: First of all collect all the vegetables and boil it in 1.5 liter water.

Step 2: When all vegetables boiled add it to blender and blend it.

Step 3: Now in a pot, add 1 tablespoon ghee. Then add finely chopped mix vegetables to it and slightly fry it.

Step 4: Now add previously blended vegetable, salt and black pepper powder to the pot.

Step 5: Then take a bowl and add water to it and add 1 tablespoon corn flour to it and mix it well until it becomes a thick batter.

Step 6: Add this corn flour mixture into the pot and mix it well. The corn flour makes the soup thicker and tasty.

Step 7: Boil the soup for 5 minute.

Step 8: Remove the soup from the heat and serve it on a bowl.

Step 9: Garnish the soup with coriander and mint leaves and grated cheese and serve hot.
