Vegetable cheese Pizza is all time favorite snacks recipe. Here I made a pizza with mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce and veggies. You can add choice of your toppings for the pizza. Make this quick and easy pizza recipe for parties and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza base
  • For topping:
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 2-3 sliced baby corns
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 2 tablespoon pizza topping or tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoon grated mozzarella cheese

How To Cook?

Step 1: Preheat the microwave at convection mode to 230 °C.

Step 2: Spread the tomato sauce or pizza topping on the pizza base and spread chopped vegetable evenly on it.

Step 3: On the top, spread grated cheese evenly and bake on the rack at 230°C for 8-10 minute or till the cheese melts.

Step 4: Cut into wedges and serve hot.
