Ingredients
- 100 gm Singhara fish (out into ½ pieces)
- 5 gm Ginger (grind to a paste)
- 5 gm garlic
- ½ table spoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- ¼ tablespoon Chilli powder
- ¼ tablespoon Coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1-2 drops red color
For coating of fish
- 1 tablespoon refined flour (maida)
- ¼ tablespoon chilli powder
- Salt to taste
For garnishing
- 2-3 small onions (cut into ring shape)
How to Cook?
Step 1: Properly wash and wipe the fish pieces.
Step 2: now, coat the fish pieces with flour, chilli powder and salt
Step 3: prick the fish pieces with fork. Combine all the other ingredients.
Step 4: coat the fish pieces with this masala. Keep aside for 2 to 3 hours.
Step 5: grill fish pieces for 5 to 10 minutes on both the sides or roast in a tandoor.
Step 6: now place the roasted fish pieces and put some onion rings on them and serve hot.
