Spicy Fish Tikka Recipe

To make a tikka is really an experimenting and enjoyable thing in cooking. Fish tikka is very famous dish in India and Pakistan. It is a different way to eat a fish. It is cooked in open tandoor.   • 100 gm Singhara fish (out into ½ pieces)
  • 5 gm Ginger (grind to a paste)
  • 5 gm garlic
  • ½ table spoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tablespoon Chilli powder
  • ¼ tablespoon Coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1-2 drops red color

For coating of fish

  • 1 tablespoon refined flour (maida)
  • ¼ tablespoon chilli powder
  • Salt to taste

For garnishing

  • 2-3 small onions (cut into ring shape)

How to Cook?

Step 1: Properly wash and wipe the fish pieces.

Step 2: now, coat the fish pieces with flour, chilli powder and salt

Step 3: prick the fish pieces with fork. Combine all the other ingredients.

Step 4: coat the fish pieces with this masala. Keep aside for 2 to 3 hours.

Step 5: grill fish pieces for 5 to 10 minutes on both the sides or roast in a tandoor.

Step 6: now place the roasted fish pieces and put some onion rings on them and serve hot.
