Sing Bhujia Recipe – Masala Peanuts Recipe

Sing bhujia is a tasty Indian snack. Children love this yummy, tasty snack. Sing Bhuija is a made from Besan with tasty ingredients like chat masala, red chili powder and more. Enjoy this tasty, crispy sing bhujia recipe.

  • 1 cup sing
  • ½ cup besan
  • A pinch of bicarbonate of soda
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoon chat masala
  • 2  teaspoon red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin seed powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1- ½ tablespoon oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

How To Make?

Step 1: Take a bowl and add sing, besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, chat masala, garam masala, cumin seed powder, salt and 2 tablespoon water to it and mix it well.

Step 2: Now, add 1 tablespoon oil to it and again mix it and make a thick batter.

Step 3: Take a frying pan and add oil to it and place it on heat.

Step 4: Now, with your hands take batter and put it into the oil. When you place it into hot oil, it will separate sing and become a bhujia.

Step 5: Fry it until it becomes crispy and golden brown in color.

Step 6: Remove sing bhujiya from the oil and sprinkle red chili powder and chat masala on it.

Step 7: Let it cool and store it in an airtight container.
