  • 200 gm scampi
  • 20 gm small chopped cilantro
  • 40 gm chopped onion
  • 10 gm green chilies
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 20 gm chopped lemon grass

How To Cook?

Step 1: Wash Scampi in cold running water.

Step 2: Now, add cilantro, green chilies, and lemon grass in scampi and mix it well and add lemon juice and salt. Keep it aside for 2 hours to marinate.

Step 3: Place scampi on serving plate and serve it.
