Ice-Cream Pudding Recipe

Ice-cream pudding is delicious and healthy pudding recipe. You can choose your favourite ice-cream to make your choice’s pudding. Here in this recipe I have used simple vanilla ice cream to make the pudding. Ice-cream pudding is works well after the delicious meal. So here is the step by step guide to make the ice-cream pudding.

Servings: 2 Persons

  • 3 cups Softened Vanila Ice-Cream
  • ¾ cups Sultanas
  • 2 cups Chopped Sponge Biscuits
  • 1 cup Sliced Strawberries, to serve

How To Make?

Step 1: Grease the metal moulds and place a strip of paper into each mould.

Step 2: In a large bowl, add the ice-cream.

Step 3: Now, add sultanas and sponge biscuits and mix them to combine.

Step 4: Fill the moulds with this mixtures and place it into the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 5: Once it’s ready remove the puddings from the freezer.

Step 6: Invert the moulds onto serving plates and garnish the top with sliced strawberries.
