Honey Chicken Legs Recipe

A classic Asian dish with garlic, lemon, honey, onion and ginger gives a rich taste to chicken. Chicken leg is a good dish when you have enough time and want to cook chicken marinated with honey at home.

  • 250 ml soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove, crushed garlic
  • ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 8 large chicken legs
  • Sesame seeds

How To Cook?

Step 1: Combine soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic, ginger and oil in a small bowl. Pour over chicken and marinate for 2-3 hours.

Step 2: Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 3: Arrange chicken legs on a roasting rack. Cook for 20 minutes on MEDIUM HIGH flame, turning over halfway through cooking.

Step 4: Allow to stand for 5 minutes

Step 5: Serve hot with roti or rice.
