Gazpacho is a tomato based soup recipe. It’s a perfect summer soup recipe.

Gazpacho Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 cup chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt to taste

How To Cook?

Step 1: Take a pot and add tomato, chilli sauce, ginger paste and boil it.

Step 2: Now, add this mixture to a blender and blend it.

Step 3: Place this mixture in refrigerator to make it cold.

Step 4: Once it becomes cold, garnish it with onion, capsicum , tomato and cucumber and serve cold.
