Ingredients

  • 8 Piece of Rasgulla
  • 1 cup Panner
  • ½ cup milk
  • A pinch of Cardamom Powder
  • 1 teaspoon corn flour
  • A pinch of saffron (Kesar)
  • 2 ½ tablespoon sugar substitute

How To Make?

Step 1: Soak the Rasgulla in required water for 1 minute, and then remove it from water. Repeat this procedure for 4-5 times until the sugar syrup is removed.

Step 2: Now, in a bowl mix Paneer, milk, sugar substitute, corn flour, saffron and cardamom powder and crush it till it mixed well.

Step 3: Now, set the Rasgulla in a plate and add this Paneer mixture to it.

Step 4: Now, place this dish to pre-heated oven at 150°C and bake it for 5 minute.
